Located in Knaresborough, we are a team of highly skilled motor engineers, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for perfection.
Using our combined experience of 80 years and state of the art technology we repair, upgrade, customise, recycle and save broken or damaged wheels that would otherwise be scrapped.
Services
DIAMOND CUTTING
Our dedicated wheel profiling lathe and diamond cutting tool allows us to replicate your original wheel profile and produce a bright, sharp edge to your spokes after colouring.
REFURBISHMENT
We use both powder coat and wet paint finishes. Powder coating offers significantly better protection by creating super strong coating on your aluminium or steel wheels. The wet paint is used to get the best colour possible and to match the original manufacturer colours.
WHEEL REPAIR
Buckled and cracked wheels, where possible are repaired as required. They are then trued up to make then round again before powder coating, painting or profiling with the diamond cutter.

Chemical Stripping & Sandblasting
- Prep process prior to powder coating – removes existing coatings etches/cleans surface
Powder Coating & Wet Painting
- High build primer, wet paint basecoat then clearcoat in acrylic gloss or poly satin (3 stage finishing process) to give OEM+ standard long lasting durable finish
